An internal reorganisation was implemented to streamline the Group’s corporate structure for better efficiency. Frontken (Singapore) Pte Ltd incorporated a 49% subsidiary under the name of Frontken Qatar WLL in the State of Qatar jointly with Petroleum Technology Company WLL.

Frontken Corporation Berhad was awarded the 2010 South East Asia Frost & Sullivan Technology Award in the Semiconductor Services Market, recognising the ability of the company to successfully develop and introduce new technology, formulate significant product performance contributions to the industry.

Frontken Malaysia Sdn Bhd, in supporting education and human capital development, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Singapore’s Institute of Technical Education (“ITE”) to provide education and training to ITE students at its engineering plant.
