Frontken Corporation Berhad entered into agreement to acquire approximately 4.0 million ordinary shares, or 13.36% in Ares Green Technology Corporation, Taiwan. Upon completion of the acquisition, Frontken Corporation Behad’s equity stake in Ares Green Technology Corporation will increase to 32.36% – a move that will bring about powerful synergies between both R&D teams and kick start the Group’s expansion in the Asian region.
